Service Description
A mummy group is a safe space where you get the opportunity to share your motherhood journey with other moms. In mummy groups mothers share their different experiences, their joys, struggles, challenges among other things. They also share advice on several mom-life issues and of course share lighter moments of this incredible motherhood journey. Attending a Mummy group is a great way to get moral and social support and have conversations with like-minded people. The benefits of being in a mummy group are tremendous including improving a mother’s mental health, exposure to alternative practices, avenue for networking etc. Malketha Mummy groups happen every weekend in different locations around Kampala.
