Mummy fitness classes are designed to help expectant mothers keep in the right mental and physical shape. Our 30-minute fitness packages are designed to help you maintain strength and range of motion in the hips, glutes, core, and pelvic floor muscles all the while preparing you for specific postures of the birthing process. We incorporate aerobics, strength training, light cardio and dance into our sessions. These group sessions allow you meet with other mothers-to-be and be part of a great support network.
